As lifer’s in “The Biz” for over 25 years, we’ve served you from table side, behind the bar, from the kitchen, to the food truck.
Our love for people, food, and art go beyond the restaurant. We want to be able to bring you beautiful food that’s not only pleasing to the eye, but to the palette.
When we’re not cooking, we’re crafting. So naturally, we thought how can we put the love for food and art together? Thus, Palettable was born.

We offer variety of noshes to fit your occasion. Layered with gourmet- local cheeses, cured Italian meats, fruit & vegetables,
spreads, crackers, garnishes & sweets.
Starting @ $75 for a couple’s board & up.
Board engraving is available for an additional $50.
Disposable bamboo trays are available for a discounted price.

Snacking aboard was never so easy. Loaded with cured Italian meats, a variety of local cheeses, nuts, fruit, vegetables, spreads & crackers. Let’s not forget the kids; we have snackleboxes just for them.
Starting @ $75 with an additional $30 deposit for the box. If you wish to keep it, then it’s yours.
